Supervision In Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Deepening the EFT Therapist Self — A 6-Week EFT Supervision Series
Dates: Mondays from 13 July – 17 August 2026
Time: 10am-11am AEST
Price: $250 for 6 weeks
Format: Live online (via Zoom) group supervision with a max of 6 clinicians per group
Prerequisite: Externship in EFCT or Essentials of EFIT/EFFT
Join Natalie for a course of 6 x 1-hour weekly group supervision sessions designed specifically for therapists who want to deepen their EFT practice while developing their own regulation, presence, and confidence in the therapy room. Each session combines brief teaching on topics such as nervous system regulation, managing triggers, tolerating silence, and working with challenging couples or individuals, followed by group discussion to integrate these skills into your own clinical work.
These groups are an opportunity to build professional confidence, reduce self-doubt, and refine your EFT stance in a supportive and structured environment. The focus is on helping therapists notice and work with their own patterns, over-functioning tendencies, and performance pressure so that they can show up more fully for clients.
While this group is not case-based supervision, each participant will have the opportunity during one of the sessions to share a self-of-therapist experience and receive supervision and support from Natalie. This is a chance to slow down and reflect on moments where our own internal experience shows up in the therapy room.
With participant consent, Natalie records each session and provides a private link for limited access between weeks to review content and continue reflection.
Cancellations: Participants can cancel their registration up to one month before the group begins at no cost. If registration is cancelled within one month of the group commencing, you may be offered credit towards a future group with Natalie where available.
